Michael: Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com, today we're taking a look at the JR Products Tri-Lug Window Knob. This is going to replace your worn out or broken crank window knob. So whether you want to open up the windows and enjoy that fresh air on a nice day or close them down tight, if there's a storm blowing in, whatever the case may be, this is going to allow you to operate your window again. It's got. It's compatible with the 9/16 inch long shafts on your window, and it is right about two and one quarter inch wide.The thickness here is about, sorry about that. About an inch and a 16th, pretty close to an inch.
The total clearance from the bottom of your knob to the end of your shaft is going to be about half an inch. Earlier I measured the diameter of our shaft with some digital calipers. The outside diameter here is 0.47 of an inch, which is about 15/32, or just under a half an inch. The inner diameter is 0.3, which is just shy about just shy of a five 16ths of an inch. And when you purchase this product, you're not only going to get the window knob, but you're also going to get the replacement screw to get it installed.
The screw is a three-quarters of an inch long, eight 32 round head machine screw. And as you can see, this knob is our black option.So if that matches your interior colors well, that's great. If you would prefer, we also have the white option, so it's going to be the same product, same dimensions, just in white.
